Optional Coverages:

Water Back-Up	This endorsement covers insured's "contents" when water backs up through sewers and drains or which overflows from a sump pump.
Bed Bug Coverage	Up to $500 reimbursed to the insured if they cannot inhabit their property and incur additional living expenses. Up to $1000 to the Property Management company if a licensed exterminator confirms live bed bugs and exterminates.
Pet Damage Endorsement	Covers up to $500 in excess of rental security deposit or special pet damage deposit for damage caused to the landlord's property by the tenant's pet. Must be purchased at policy inception. A rental security or pet deposit is required for coverage to exist Paid to the Property Management company
Earthquake	California Only

Renter's Insurance is underwritten by Sutton National Insurance Company, rated A- (Excellent) by AM Best, and is managed by Millenial Specialty Insurance (MSI). The policy is produced by SmartBunny Insurance Services Inc, a licensed insurance agency.

How do I report a claim?

To report a loss, you should notify MSI by calling (844) 788-0873, email claims@msimga.com, or on their website MSI Website.
