How is my payment draft date determined?
Your policy payment will be due on the date of the month that coincides with your first payment, regardless of effective date. For example, if you purchased the policy on August 5th, the due date will be on the 5th of each month following. If your policy expires and you have to re-apply, the due date may change depending on which day you purchase the new policy.
If I miss a payment, what happens?
Your policy will cancel for non-payment if payment is not received within the grace period. The grace period varies by state, but is typically 10 days. If your policy cancels, you will need to buy a new policy. See your policy's details for more information.
I have decided I don't want the policy, will I get a refund?
The policies are non-refundable once they become effective. The only time you would be eligible for a refund is if you set your policy to start on a future date and change your mind before it becomes effective. Otherwise, the policy is non-refundable.
