Renters insurance claim 3 months ago still haven’t got my check

So I filled a claim 3 months ago. They issued a check right away they said. A month and a half goes by and I still haven’t received my check so I called and they said must have got lost. They reissued the check another month goes by and still nothing I’m frustrated and kinda pissed but what can I do ?
